Are these prices final?: These are launch prices for early access partners. We will confirm final pricing before any billing starts. There are no surprise fees and no autorenew without an explicit confirmation.
Is GST included?: No. All prices are exclusive of 18% GST, billed on top of the listed amount. Your invoice carries our GSTIN so you can claim input credit.
Do you offer a free trial?: Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan. No credit card needed up front.
Can I migrate from Tally without losing my data?: Yes. Bring your Tally backup and Excel sheets — Genie maps and validates each row before anything is committed. You can keep using Tally in parallel during the transition.
Where is my data hosted?: India only. All tenant data lives in Google Cloud asia-south1 (Mumbai). Encrypted in transit and at rest, with per-tenant data isolation.
What happens if I cancel?: You can export your full database any time as a .sql backup. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
