The problem

A practice runs on screenshots and WhatsApp threads.

Most CA practices in India operate the same way. The client emails you a Tally backup the night before a review. You stitch screenshots together for the board brief. The compliance status lives in a spreadsheet you maintain by hand. You spend more time gathering than advising — and the client thinks you’re slow.

ERPSense’s CA Dashboard replaces every step in that chain with something live. The data is in real-time ERP. The dashboards generate themselves. The board brief is one click. The audit trail handles itself.

What you get

Six things that show up the day you sign in.

  • One login, every client

Switch between client tenants with a single click. Each switch mints a fifteen-minute scoped token; nothing leaks across clients.

  • Eleven dashboards per client

Financial, Cash Flow, Cost Analysis, Sales, Compliance, GSTR-2B, Health, Idle Funds, Alerts, Board Report, Configure — all live, all from real ERP data.

  • Bulk reports, scheduled

Generate Board Reports, Tax Summaries, Health Snapshots across the whole client list. Schedule them monthly so you never click again.

  • Invite-based, scoped, revocable

Read-only, advisor, or full-access. The client picks at invite. Revocation is one click, and it cascades through every active session.

  • Compliance, rolled up

Across every client, see who has GSTR-1 due in seven days, who is overdue on TDS, who hasn’t filed ROC. Sort, filter, export, send.

  • Audit trail you can show your client

Every action you take is logged with your user id and the client’s tenant. Read-only for the client; you can’t edit your own trail.

How a CA actually onboards

Three steps, mostly the client’s job.

You don’t self-onboard onto a client. The tenant’s ADMIN sends an invite from their settings. You accept. You appear in their list of CAs with the scope they chose. From the next switch onwards, your CA Home shows them as a card alongside every other client you serve.

Most CAs run the practice on the Scale plan — it unlocks the cross-tenant view, bulk reports, and the practice-branded PDF templates.

  • 1. Client invites. Three scope options: read-only, advisor (read + comment), full (read + edit).
  • 2. You accept. A magic link in your email; a token stored only in browser memory.
  • 3. You switch. One click on the client card; fifteen-minute scoped session.
The board report

Twenty KPIs. One AI-written narrative. Practice-branded PDF.

The Board Report is the single artefact most CAs spend most time on. ERPSense produces it in a click: twenty KPIs, a margin waterfall, a cash flow projection, a compliance checklist, an AI-written narrative that you can edit.

Brand it with your practice’s logo, address, and phone number — every PDF goes out looking like your firm produced it. Bulk-generate fifty at month-end and the backend emails them to you as they finish.

  • Practice-level branding — logo, address, phone applied to every page.
  • AI-generated executive narrative — editable, reviewable, regeneratable.
  • Bulk-generation rate-limited to 10/min so you can’t accidentally spam the queue.
  • Schedule monthly so the bundle lands in your inbox without a click.
Trust, but record

The audit log your client will ask for.

Every CA action — viewing a report, generating a board brief, asking Genie a question about the books — is logged to the client’s audit trail with your user id and the act-via context. You see what you did. They see what you did. Nobody can edit it.

For the moment a client’s board asks “why did the CA see the GSTR-2B report on the 14th?” — you have the answer in one filter.

  • acting_user_id and act_via columns on every audit event.
  • Filterable timeline — ‘everything we did between 1 and 7 May for client X’.
  • Retention is the client’s account lifetime + 90 days.
